About the shot :
A summer of extremes for my lenses including the majestic Twelve Metres, the graceful Eights, stunning superyachts, rocket-propelled J70s and a SailGP capsize rolled into the A-Cat World Championship held at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy.
At the sharp end of the race action again I captured this picture. Swiss sailor Yves Theuninck looked to be executing gymnastic capabilities whilst exploring his A-Cat’s hydrodynamic characteristics from a parallel position
