Last day of 2023 testing for Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli LEQ12 before the Christmas break. A cold day with unpredictable winds marked a difficult day of sailing for everyone. And just as the day was drawing to a close, near the entrance of the port of Cagliari, an uncontrolled gust of wind caused it to capsize. A final unexpected photograph, full of stillness, almost like a seascape, with the 6 crew members perched on the hull and arm of the prototype, waiting to be towed back to base.
