The ‘Yacht Racing Image Award’ is a yearly photographic contest and exhibition. It seeks to recognise the very best yacht racing image taken during the year, that best represents the essence and excitement of yacht racing as a sport. 

The contest is open to professional yacht racing photographers from all over the world.


THREE AWARDS:












The ‘Yacht Racing Image Award’ (main prize), selected by a prestigious international jury comprising 5 - 7 members.  
The ‘Public Award’, selected by the number of  votes on Internet.


The ‘Delegates Award’, based on the votes of delegates attending World Sailing's annual conference and  METSTRADE visitors.






AWARD CEREMONY

The Yacht Racing Image Award ceremony will take place in public on November 21 in Amsterdam during METSTRADE, the world's largest trade exhibition of marine equipment, materials and systems.

The ‘Yacht Racing Image Award‘ is organized and owned by
